Yoga

Pilates
Aims to strengthen deep torso muscles. Focusing on core postural muscles & breathing.

Fusion
A pleasant blend of Yoga, Pilates, and Fitness.

Core Strength/Core Stability
Strengthen your core with an intense 30 min. workout/core stability mix it up with a ball.

Abs and Butt
A strength class targeting the core and lower body.

Kick Butt
Fun and energetic: kicks, squats, & punches. Cardio combo of muscle resistant training.

Boxercise
Punch & kick your way to fitness, improve your coordination and stamina.

Body Sculpt
A great way to tone and develop muscle endurance, using light weights & proper technique.

Cardio Pump
A balanced full body workout with weights and cardio.

Power Hour
A no nonsense high energy plyometric driven class. Intense & challenging.

Step it Up (beginners to advance)
Intense choreograph moves… challenge your coordination and cardio.

** Spin Attack
Challenge your workout by attacking your cardiovascular limits.

** Spin Sculpt
25 minutes of spin, & 20 minutes of a full body weight work-out.

** Spin Mix
30 min spin, & 15 minutes of your instructor’s choice of cardio or weights.

** Spin & Abs
Endurance, Abs and much, much more! 20 mins spin, 20 mins core.

** Boot Camp (LUNCH BOOT CAMP OMIT BIKES)
A fitness class that delivers power, agility, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness.
